This wreath is SUPER easy and so cute. I hope you like the video..don't forget to subscribe.
I cut the tulle at 17" and tied a know around the heart wreath frame. Once the frame was covered, I sprayed it with starch several times (letting it dry between each coat). I, next, hot glued conversation hearts on the tulle....and wallah!
Supplies:
Red, White, & Pink Tulle -Hobby Lobby 1 roll of each color, I didn't use the entire roll
Embellishment of choice- I used felt conversation hearts from Michael;s
Starch-Dollar Tree
Heart Foam Wreath Frame-Joann Fabric
