As a relentless reflection of nobility and a microcosm within the enormity of the real world, the built form of the wada encapsulates the energy of life thriving within its boundaries.

The wada is designed considering an amalgamation of modern material and aesthetics in a rural setting. The clients wanted their house to represent their ancestry and family story.

Principal architect Saurabh Malpani says "The wada is a fine example of simple planning that follows a hierarchy of spaces. Further in the main house, the space has been divided into public and private, all designed around two courtyards. Due to its rural setting and conscious choice of materials, there was an opportunity to explore the local craftsmanship in various design and art elements."
