[0:00] Introduction
Presoak the yarn in water with no acid
[1:15] The dye colors
Dharma acid dyes in brilliant yellow, Caribbean blue, and deep magenta
Mix the colors by feel to get a purple, yellow, red, and blue.
See the color mixing playlist to see how I got the feel for proportions.
Add 1 tsp dye in with each of the dye colors
[2:50] Prepping the yarn on the counter
NOTE that the yarn has no acid in it - the acid is in with the dyes
[3:28] Dyeing the yarn
[6:44] Flipping the yarn to dye the other side
[8:16] Steam setting the yarn
steam for 30 minutes
[10:28] Washing the yarn
[11:59] The finished dry yarn and conclusions
