The new Starlight Parade viewed from the garden area that you can access via the Happily Ever After Desert Party , as you can see you do get an obstructed view but it’s mostly high floats !
Only way you’ll currently get no one in front of you is to camp out a spot 2-3 hours ahead of time especially during the Halloween and Christmas party season.
