Why UI is More Interesting Than You Think...

There are 4 incredibly useful terms for understanding the UI in games. Learning these can help to give a different perspective on the way we think about UI in the games we make and play. Here, I explain each term for UI design and how it is used in games we are familiar with, as well as how it is used in my current roguelike game project, "Project Drifter".
