Lawns need water, and as a homeowner, it's important to ensure that your turfgrass is getting enough of that precious H20. But when should you water, & how much? During the Summer months of June, July & August, temperatures rise and rainfall can be limited. These high temperatures and dry conditions can cause our grass to look brown and dead, as most turfgrass flourishes with proper amounts of rain and temperatures in the 60s and 70s. This is why every homeowner needs to provide their lawn with extra water - whether it's via an underground irrigation system or an above ground sprinkler fed by a hose, it's something your lawn can't go without.
