My tips on how to pump up the air shocks on the V11, both the main (positive) and the negative chambers, as well as tips on how to determine the negative chamber pressure. Official Inmotion recommendation chart at the end. Thus far Inmotion has suggested 50 psi for the negative chamber for all riders, which I don't think utilizes the suspension to it's full potential, for most riders.
