On the same day we learned that the grand jury had indicted Peter Navarro for contempt of Congress, we also learned that the Department of Justice decided not to pursue indictments of Mark Meadows and Dan Scavino, even though they also committed the same crime - contempt of Congress.
Here are the three leading reasons whay the DOJ decided to indict only two of the four individuals who defied congressional subpoenas.
