In this video we are going to look at what current is in electricity, how it can be measured and how we can calculate it.
Current is the rate of flow of charge, through a cross section of an electrical conductor. Electric charge can also be thought of as the movement of electrons.
To measure current, we use an ammeter.
And the unit of current is amperes, or amps, A.
