Chicken gnocchi pot pie is such a lovely and easy recipe! I hope you give it a try 😋
Ingredients list:
50g butter
3 chopped carrots
1 diced onion
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp plain flour
2 cups of chicken stock
1 cup of milk (I used semi)
1/2 cup peas
500g gnocchi
2 cups of cooked chicken
salt and pepper to your taste
