My name is Andrew Ditch. I live with autism, intellectual disability, ADHD, Expressive and Receptive Language Disability, and Tics, and other medical disabilities. I want to bring awareness and educate you to how to interact with disabled people and how to help support disabled people to being successful and quality of life. You will learn about bullying, trust, what to do, what not to do, and disability rights. Also other medical and any disability related contentment. This channel is not all about Autism as it will also have other medical and disability related content. My goal for this channel is to have society see people with disabilities not as a disabled person, but a person just like anyone else. So we can be included. I hope my channel brings you exposure to those who live with disability and allow you to see disability as being normal.
In this video, I, Andrew Ditch, open up about living with autism and intellectual disability. I talk honestly about the challenges I face with motor planning and coordination—simple tasks like typing, wiping, and showering can be much harder than they seem. I explain how my vestibular and proprioceptive systems affect my balance, pressure control, and body awareness, making everyday activities a real struggle.
My goal is to help others understand what it’s like to live with these difficulties and to raise awareness about the importance of support, accommodations, and disability rights. If you’re interested in learning more about disability topics, please like this video and subscribe for more inclusive content. Let’s keep the conversation going!
