Episode Four: One Battle After Another + Our Favourite Film Scenes

Welcome back to Beyond The Credits! Episode 4 is finally here, and in this one, we discuss one of the most acclaimed and celebrated movies of 2025: One Battle After Another (big thanks to Leo for taking the time out of his mad schedule to come and join us, even if it is only in pillow form). Paul Thomas Anderson’s latest film hit our screens this September and was met with both critical acclaim and a stellar reception from fans. It also had a triumphant box office run, making more money than PTA’s last 4 films combined!

Therefore, we thought it only fair that it be the subject of the next ep. We share our initial reactions to the film, our favourite facets of it, and our unfiltered critiques. We also ask, could One Battle After Another be PTA’s best film to date?

Later in the ep, you’ll find us diving into yet another fun topic: our favourite scenes in cinema history. Here, we discuss the moments in film that struck the greatest chord with us, delving into our love for them and what inspired us to choose these scenes over others.
