It turns out Mikanko can still OTK through boards in 2026!

With the new support, Mikanko can more easily cheese out wins by OTKing through established boards with their signature damage reflection!

Since the deck is incredibly consistent now with Mikanko Divine Dance (foolish burial + set from deck), Sanaki the Mikanko Devotee (summon Mikanko from deck) and Uzuhime the Manifested Mikanko (search any equip spell), these shrine maidens can easily fit 20+ non-engine into a 40 card deck! Mikanko has reached Tenpai levels of consistency and power, allowing it to handtrap opponents into a halfboard, then smashing through with 12000+ damage with Uzuhime's triple attack boosted with Double-Edged sword!

Cheese out wins consistently towards opponents who are consistently not ready to face 18+ handtraps and untargetable, indestructible, battle-immune shrine maidens! Not only are these ladies beautiful, they're terrifyingly potent and they interact with opponent's boards in ways that most decks aren't ready for!
