Gluten free muffins filled with bursting flavors from the strawberries and chocolate.

INGREDIENTS
Oat flour - 1 and 3/4 cups ( 175 grams )* refer notes below
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Unsalted butter, melted - 1/2 cup ( 113 grams )
Sugar - 3/4 cup ( 150 grams )
Plain yoghurt / Curd - 1 cup ( 240 grams )
Eggs - 2
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Fresh or frozen chopped strawberries - 1.5 cups ( 200 grams )
White chocolate chips - 1/2 cup + more for topping

This muffin is prepared with the flour from the rolled oats. To prepare the flour at home, just take 2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats and dry roast in a pan in medium flame for few minutes till nice aroma comes.Then cool down the oats and grind to a fine powder and measure out the flour and use in the recipe.
