Pumpkin Chiffon Pie for Thanksgiving

The only pumpkin pie recipe you’ll ever need. I am sharing another one of my husband’s family recipes. This is Granny’s Pumpkin Chiffon Pie recipe that has been in the family for years and years. I hope you give it a try.

👩🏻‍🍳 PUMPKIN CHIFFON PIE

2 baked pie shell
1 ¼ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup whole milk
1 cup white sugar, divided
3 eggs, separated
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
¼ cup water
1 tub (8 oz) COOL WHIP original whipped topping, thawed
Chopped pecans
