Best 9-hole Golf Course in England? (Poulton Park GC)

Is Poulton Park GC worthy of five stars? - EVERY SHOT IN 11 MINUTES

A round of golf at Poulton Park golf course in Warrington, England. It's a very popular 9-hole course with alternate tees for the back 9.

The green fee was £15 for 9 holes in September 2022. I was lucky to get on as this course on this day is usually fully booked. Poulton Park also has a great shot game area plus 120 yard range & a nice putting green.

Poulton Park is notable as the greenkeeping staff are really good and keep this course in amazing condition. The greens are comparable with £75+ a round courses in the area.

I thought it was a great course and nice that you can whiz round in 90 minutes if you don't have 4+ hours spare for a round.

Overall I would give a 5-star rating to Poulton Park GC. This is based on the price paid (£15 - 9 holes), the amazing condition of the greens & grounds plus the great 3 practice areas that they have onsite.
