• Green chillies: 5-6
• Fresh coriander leaves: 1 handful
• Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
• Black peppercorns: 8-10
• Black cardamoms: 2
• Green cardamoms: 4

• Cinnamon stick: 1 long piece
• Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
• Dried fenugreek leaves: 1 tbsp

• Salt to taste
• Roughly chopped ginger: 2 inch long
• Garlic: 2 big sized bulbs or 1 tbs raw paste
• Cashew nuts: 20-25 pcs
• Fresh curd: 1 cup
• Oil: 1/2 cup
• Boiled eggs: 10-12
• Water: 1 cup
• Fresh cream: 1 cup
• Homemade garam masala: 1 tsp (Note: Sprinkle it before closing the lid at last, after turning off the gas. While editing, clip got cut by mistake.)

For frying eggs:
• Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
• Salt: 1/2 tsp
