This video is about your right to terminate an interview, when being questioned about misconduct.

Even if a service member has signed a rights waiver agreeing to be interviewed/interrogated, the service member being interviewed/interrogated can terminate/stop the interview at any time by invoking Article 31(b) - right to remain silent, and may request to speak to an attorney/lawyer.
