Platina Jazz is back!

Dear fans, friends, and fellow lovers of jazz and anime,
Back in late 2019, we played in Tokyo, just before the world changed. The pandemic put everything on hold—concerts were canceled, venues struggled, and the music industry, like so much else, was turned upside down.

During those times, we found a way to keep the music alive, recording a special big band performance in our hometown to share with you all. But as the world slowly returned to normal, we, like many others, took time to reflect. What did the future hold for Platina Jazz?

It took us a while to realize just how much we missed this—playing these beloved songs live for you. And that’s why we’re thrilled to announce our return to Tokyo for the first time in five years!

We couldn’t be more excited to perform at Cotton Club Tokyo from May 3rd to 6th. This isn’t just a concert series; it’s a fresh start. We’re already planning new recordings, videos, and more—stay tuned!

For now, we invite you to join us in Tokyo for these special shows. We’ve missed you, and we can’t wait to share the stage and the music with you once again.
