Deep Night Ocean is a slow, immersive delta-wave bedtime meditation designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and effortless sleep.
This guided meditation uses ocean imagery, Taoist water principles, and spacious cosmic awareness to gently guide the body and mind into deeper layers of calm — without force, effort, or instruction to “sleep.”
The pacing is intentionally slow and trance-like, allowing the listener to drift naturally from waking awareness into theta and delta brainwave states, where restoration, healing, and subconscious integration occur.
