02025-02029 – Het Oog van Louis
In de uitbreiding van de Le Roy Ecokathedraal in Heerenveen werken we aan ‘Het Oog van Louis’.
Ik kreeg de opdracht van Stichting Tijd om een landmark te creëren die het fenomeen Ecokathedraal op een bijzondere manier onder de aandacht brengt en die bepalend is voor het ontstaan van de ecokathedrale uitbreiding van de bestaande tuin.
Gedurende 4 jaar heb ik me verbonden aan het gebied. Het uitgangspunt voor het oog is een lege ronde cirkel die als een spiegel de stilstand vertegenwoordigt van waaruit de wereld eromheen vorm krijgt.
02025-02029 – The Eye of Louis
In the expansion of the Le Roy Ecocathedral in Heerenveen we work on “The Eye of Louis".
I was commissioned by Foundation Stichting Tijd to create a landmark that would highlight the Ecocathedral phenomenon in a unique way and would be decisive for the development of the ecocathedral extension of the existing garden.
For four years I have committed myself to the area. The starting point for the eye is an empty round circle that, like a mirror, represents the stillness from which the world around it takes shape.
