Step By Step - Knit a Coffee Sleeve - Easy Beginner Free Pattern!

This is an easy beginner step by step tutorial to knit your own coffee sleeve. The design is optional.

This is a quick knitting pattern for a homemade coffee sleeve. The pattern is for a standard coffee sleeve but the instructions for the heart design are at the bottom of the pattern.

Materials:
• Yarn – 1 Ball of Super Bulky #6. I used Lion Brand, Wool-Ease.
• Size #13 (9mm) circular needles (or double pointed needles)
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle to weaving in the ends

Gauge: (Stockinette Stitch) – 10x10 cm
11 stitches
16 rows

Abbreviations:
CO – Cast on
K – knit
P – Purl
St(s) – stitch(es)


Step-by-Step Directions:

CO 22 sts – then cast on 1 extra stitch
Using the Magic Loop (if using circular needles): Divide the sts evening onto both sides (11 +12) then join in the round by casting off the extra stitch.

Row 1: 22 sts (11 on each needle): Knit all.

Rows 2 – 12: Knit 22

Cast off all 22 stitches.


Finishing:
All Done! Block if you would like, weave in ends, and then use. 😊
