I will reverse engineer two TTL chips from their die images: A Texas Instruments 5490 from 1975 and a Stewart-Warner 7490 from 1971. These are decade counters.
I use a Wacom Cintiq 27QHD pen/touch display and Inkscape to draw the features, then label them and extract the schematics.
