Ashok Leyland AL 2820 Borewell rig with BS-VI standards manufactured by Annai Hydraulic Equipments(AHE), Kunnathur near Perundurai is showcased in this video. Due to recent stringent regulation from Government of India for
phasing out BS4 standard vehicles including Borewell rig vehicles and water well tractor mounted rigs, AL 2820 BS-VI model was launched by Ashok Leyland.

AHE mounting, Kunnathur innovated a special technique and constructed a BS6 standard borewell rig with standard parts used in BS4 vehicles without much alteration to the spares and the systems.
It has the advantage of a reduction in diesel consumption by up to 14% and a 50% reduction in Air pollution. AHE is striving to innovate such efficient vehicles to help and satisfies its customers.
