Pragmasis Torc Ground Anchor Review and Presentation - Bike Anchor

I have to correct myself, the base plate is not hardened steel but it does not matter as the plate is thick enough to withstand any kind of attack. You may also use a torc wrench to tighten the bolts, a recommended torc setting can be found in the manual provided by Pragmasis.
