Illegal things like hot oil treatments and putting excess products in my hair or oiling hair.
Forgot to say how often I wash. Winter routine- one and half weeks.
Sometimes I do get lazy but the hair loves water and oil. If I skip for to long the hair gets dry and brittle.
I don't endorse any 'magic' products because at the end of the day your body and hair tells you what it likes.
