As comfortable as I am with being alone, seasonal depression would drive a deep feeling in me year in and year out. But for this year I think I've had a sign of maturity in a way where I embrace the feeling now. I take that absolute silence and use it for time to myself and peace. There's solace in the colder months that I think everyone can appreciate when they are alone. Take good care of yourselves and those around. As always thanks for watching
