Hello, I’m Faith from Faith ’n Grits! I’m back with another treasure-hunting haul — because junk journaling and thrifting go hand in hand, don’t they?

I’ve been scouring my favourite haunts for those unwanted, overlooked, and quietly magical materials that just need a second life. There’s always that spark — the little what if? when a humble item suddenly hints at becoming something curious, beautiful, or meaningful. Some sparks arrive with certainty; others whisper with possibility… but either way, they always seem to find their way home with me for future play in the studio.

In today’s haul, I’m sharing treasures gathered from locations all over South Wales. These treasures have piled up over the weeks/months and I’m here to share before tidying everything away. Along with the usual finds of books and haberdashery, I’ve found some truly unique finds along the way.
