Testing a new putter at the Ocean Course? Yes please.
Today I head over to the iconic Ocean Course at Kiawah Island to try the TaylorMade Spider Tour and see if it deserves a spot in my bag.
I recently learned that 5 of the Top 10 golfers in the world (including Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, and Tommy Fleetwood) use some version of this putter. So… if it’s good enough for them, maybe it can help my putting, too.
In this video, I roll some putts on the putting green of one of the most famous courses in the world, try out the Spider Tour including its feel and stability, and consider whether I should actually make the switch.
