🏋️♂️ Fix Your Hip Flexor Pain FAST
In this episode, Dr. Aaron Horschig breaks down why your hip flexors hurt and exactly how to fix them so you can lift pain-free again.
Hip flexor pain (often called iliopsoas syndrome) is a common overuse injury for athletes and lifters. It doesn’t always start with one sudden event – instead, pain often builds up over weeks or months of poor movement or overload.
This injury can show up in different ways:
✅ Iliopsoas tendinopathy (tendon inflammation or degeneration)
✅ Bursitis (compression of the underlying bursa sac)
✅ Snapping hip syndrome (when the hip flexor “pops” over bony areas of your pelvis)
In today’s video, you’ll learn:
1) How to test if your hip flexor is the true source of pain
2) Simple exercises and mobility drills to fix the problem
3) Key technique adjustments to prevent this injury from coming back
💡 Don’t let hip pain limit your squats, deadlifts, or daily life.
