Demonstration of a real-time gas monitoring system for methanation

Introducing RIKEN KEIKI's unique system "RTGMS".

RTGMS is a semi-customized gas analyzer combining several gas sensors and makes it possible to output some parameters such as mixed gas composition.

In this presentation, we will explain one of them, RTGMS for methanation, while operating the actual instrument.

RTGMS is capable of monitoring the concentration of each gases with high accuracy and in real-time, even for residual detection after methanation.

Please note that adding an additional sensor to this system would make it possible to monitor all four components of methane, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and oxygen.
