It's taken some time to speak out and quite honestly I would have left my experience behind me if not for the constant trolling and bullying I see on line towards individuals.
I actually do not blame the trolls for their behaviour as the likes of X Factor & celebrity shows have encouraged trolling for years.

X Factor has exploited and humiliated individuals by editing a person to the point where friends and family do not recognise their loved one's.

If it's not bad enough that X Factor air twisted versions of contestants for the nation to view, they also put it out on social media to encourage trolls to seek out the individuals to attack them with such vial and hateful messages.

Mental health is real and thanks to X Factor we see so many famous people in the public eye who have and are still suffering with the aftermath of what X Factor has dealt them.
But believe me there are 100's of 1000's you don't get to see and do not have a voice to speak out, because many have been so badly effected and traumatised with the process of going through an X Factor audition, they turned their backs on wanting to have anything to do with the entertainment world.

I'm here for them and I'm here for anyone who is seriously thinking of having anything to do with so called reality TV.

I am a strong person, but even I was broken for sometime.

Even to this day, I turn up at venues and speak afterwards to guests who have googled me beforehand and the first thing they say is 'I don't know why Gary gave you such a hard time, you're so lovely'.
As nice as it is of them to say so, I get sick and tired of them asking the same questions, hence me doing this for me to air my feelings, my thoughts, the truth, my life, how X Factor nearly crushed me.
Now I can say 'watch my interviews on YouTube and discover the truth', there was far more to my X Factor experience than the 3min that was aired.

People assume they know me after watching a 3min edited version of me, would you like to be judged in such a short period of time for the rest of your life?
