Camalot Prodigy is a smarter, faster, and highly versatile automated dispensing machine. An advanced linear-drive architecture, combined with bedrock frame stability enables greater precision at higher speeds, resulting in consistently higher yields.

Camalot’s proprietary pump technologies are fully integrated within the motion control system and driven by innovative software controls. Closed-loop control provided by weight scale and vision inspection techniques facilitates a “hands off” setup and allows a continuous means to monitor and maintain the tightest of process requirements.

Compact, Fast and Flexible, NuJet is the latest jetting technology from Camalot. NuJet eliminates the use of a needle and incorporates a state-of-the-art pneumatic actuator with an operating frequency of up to 300 Hertz. The compact design minimizes mass and allows for extremely fast dispensing and exceptional control.

Dynamic Dual Head or DDH, offers the unique ability to double dispense speed while maintaining the highest level of accuracy for both dispense pumps. The patented design corrects for part to part rotation in “real-time” allowing synchronous dispensing of both pumps. DDH dramatically increases productivity with no sacrifice to yield and is compatible with Jetting and needle-based pump technologies.

The Prodigy Dual Lane dispenser is available for manufacturers who are looking for ways to increase productivity. The platform is available in a compact 33-inch wide 4-zone system or the larger 50-inch
6-zone system. Dual-lane conveyors allow two identical or two different products to be processed in either lane.

A patent pending PCB Temperature Monitoring option ensure process stability and increase yields for underfill applications. The Infrared sensors provide a closed loop, fail-safe means to monitor and control the top-side board temperature through each of the process zones.
