Hey everyone in today's nail care video I will show you how I grow my toe nails healthy and long.
In this video I will show you my two main steps for the Toe Nail Growth and My Two Months Nail Growth Journey.
Toe Nails grow slow as compared to your finger nails. Every Individual nails growth at different. For some nail growth is slow and some has a speedy growth. It is just body chemistry and healthy nails always grow fast.
For toe nail growth you need two processes.
A DIY nail growth serum and a Pedicure Routine.

For the Nail growth serum you need a base oil which could be any oil (olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, argon oil, jojoba oil, rapeseed oil, castor oil, black seed oil etc.) vitamin E and garlic.
Garlic has nail strengthening and antiseptic properties which prevent infections.
Oils nourishes the cuticles, keep your toe nails moisturized and help your toe nail grow faster :)
Take empty clean nail polish bottle and put your base oil in it, then put chopped garlic and two vitamin E capsules in the oil. Mix well and your serum is ready.

Your next step is pedicure routine every week.

Prepare foot soak- Take a tub and put warm water in it. Add shampoo about this amount. Then add Epsom salt in it (bath salt/sea salt). Then add one lemon.
Dip your feet in the foot soak for 15-20 mins and relax. This will help soften your dry skin on the underside of the feet and your dry cuticles.
The lemon will help remove discoloration and yellowness of the toe nails. Salt is antiseptic and will kill the bacteria.
Put some Foot Scrub on an old tooth brush and started bushing your toenails and feet with it. This will remove the dirt from the nails and cuticles and also rough, dry, and dead skin on my feet. Clean under your toenails as well. Be gentle while you do it.
Now scrub your heels, soles using a pumice stone or a foot file instead. This will remove the rough, dry, and dead skin. If you do not remove this from time to time, the skin will harden, causing cracks and infection.
Once this is done, pat dry your feet with a clean towel. Use cuticle oil or cuticle cream on your cuticle to make them soft.
Push back you cuticles with a cuticle pusher or orange wood stick. Never cut your cuticles. This removal of the cuticle helps your nail grow and promotes healthy nails. Make sure you are gentle.
File your nails straight across in one direction. This will prevent the nails from splitting and breaking. If you clip your toenails then make sure you cut across straight. Don’t cut corners too deep, or you will end up with painful ingrown nails.
Buff your nails on the surface and the free edges using a nail buffer to smooth out everything. Wipe your feet. Apply more oil and massage into your cuticles and toe nails. Apply moisturizer and massage your feet well.
Now apply the nail growth serum on all your toe nails and cuticle and massage well to absorb :) Use the serum every night with or without nail polish on and leave it overnight.
Your last step will be applying base coat to protect your natural toe nails before apply nail polish or doing nail art.
