用料
土豆:1个
青椒:1个
小米椒:1个
生抽:3勺
白醋:2勺
盐:适量
做法
第1步:把土豆洗干净后去皮,然后切成丝,切好的土豆丝放水里面泡10分钟,去除多余淀粉,泡好后将土豆丝滤水捞出;
第2步:青椒和小米椒洗干净后切成丝,
第3步:热锅冷油,锅内多放一点油,小火油热后加入切好的青椒和小米椒,翻炒出香味后改大火,倒入土豆丝,翻炒一下,加入生抽,沿着锅边淋入白醋,再加一点盐,随后翻炒一下就可以出锅了;
小贴士:
注意炒土豆火候,大火翻炒一下就马上出锅,口感是酸辣爽脆;喜欢吃面一点的多炒一会,但是也别炒太久,时间久了土豆没有水分了,会影响口感;

The secret is to cut the potatoes evenly and stir-fry quickly over high heat to keep them crunchy and refreshing.

Ingredients
Potato: 1
Green pepper: 1
Fresh chili: 1
Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
White vinegar: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Peel and wash the potato, then cut into thin shreds.
Soak in water for 10 minutes to remove extra starch, then drain well.
2️⃣ Wash and slice the green pepper and chili into thin strips.
3️⃣ Heat a bit more oil in a pan.
Add the chili and green pepper, stir on low heat until fragrant.
Switch to high heat, add the potato shreds, and stir-fry quickly.
Add soy sauce, drizzle white vinegar along the edge of the pan, season with salt, and mix well.
Tips
✅ Stir-fry fast over high heat for a crisp texture.
If you prefer softer potatoes, cook a little longer — but don’t overcook, or they’ll lose their crunch!
