Eunji Lee is a powerhouse and what she's creating at Lysée is truly special. Here, pastries are works of art, displayed like they would be in a museum. The care, the craft, and the passion that goes into creating each and every dessert is incomparable and it's a really unique blend of her Korean, French, and New York backgrounds.
She's also just one of the most kind, energetic, and fun people to be around and every time I'm in NYC, I have to visit her shop. Super honored and grateful to be able to capture her work here and it's absolutely one of my favorite dessert shops anywhere in the world ❤️
