The biggest area where home prices are dropping this year is Texas. Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio are all major markets where values are going down. In addition, home prices are also dropping throughout Florida.

These markets have lots of excess inventory and housing supply. Which is putting a drag on the local housing market.
