This is the first time this has happened from when i started playing both Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail . I was trying to wish for a brand new 4 star character called Xueyi but as i kept wishing nothing was happening and eventually instead of a 4 star character i got the brand new 5 star character Ruan Mei , to be honest i was planning to keep my stellar jades for Kafka's rerun and i wasn't going to pull for Ruan Mei i only tried to pull for the 4 star Xueyi but Ruan Mei came home first :D that was certainly unexpected but still . I am currently building Ruan Mei and she is actually a really cool character :)
