Ingredients食材(HKD$30 Below以下)
Khumbu Dashi / Regular Dashi 1 pack
昆布高湯/ 高湯包 1 包
Cabbage 1/2
大白菜1/2棵
Enoki Mushroom 1 pack
金菇 1 包
Pork Belly 150g
豚肉片 150 克
Salt 1 tsp
鹽 1 茶匙
Japanese Soy Sauce 1tbsp
日式醬油 1 湯匙
Japanese Cooking Wine 1 tsp
日式料理酒 1 茶匙
HOW:
Cut the enoki mushroom
金菇切去蒂
Cut the cabbage in pieces
大白菜切塊
Wash the cabbage and enoki mushroom and drain well
大白菜, 金菇洗淨瀝乾水
Boil 800ml water
燒熱800ml水
Once water is boiling, add dashi
落昆布高湯包
Boil iwith low heat for 5-8 mins
水滾後轉小火煮 5-8 分鐘
take out the dashi pack
取出昆布高湯包
add cabbage and cook for 5 mins
落大白菜煮 5 分鐘
add enoki mushroom
落金菇
add pork belly
落豚肉片
add 1 tsp Japanese cooking wine
落1 茶匙日式料理酒
add 1 tbsp soy sauce
落 1 湯匙日式醬油
mix them well
拌勻
cook it till the meat is cooked through
煮豚肉至熟透
