Beef giniling with quail eggs is easy and delicious comfort food. It is usually made with ground pork but you can use any meat available.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (you may use ground pork or chicken as well)
12-15 quail eggs
1 onion
4-6 minced garlic
1-2 tomatoes
1 potato
1 carrot
1 green bell pepper
3 bay leaves
raisins (optional)
salt
ground black pepper
2 tbsp. fish sauce
cooking oil
