This is the tower next door to the Grčića Milenka 3 ( • Epic and fast Daka R-series lifts at Grčić... )
There is nothing much to say about these lifts except they are pretty much a mobile vertical toilet, they absolutely stink of piss...
After re-watching the video a few times, I started to think that I got stuck because I opened the door too early as the levelling speed is slow it feels like the lift is not moving, but that would not explain the strange noises lift made before getting stuck...
