Buxa is a village located in Buxa Tiger
reserve in Alipurduar District of West Bengal.It is located 30 kilometres from Alipurduar.It is the extream east part of Dooars.The forest area is just located below Bhutan hills.Jayanti is another village in Buxa located at the bank of Jayanti river.It is an area of undulating landscape,dense forest, numerous river flow and wild animals.Every year many tourists come here to spend their holidays.So a Buxa Jayanti tour guide is very necessary to explore the area properly.Before making a plan to East Dooars or Buxa Jayanti and Rajabhatkhawa many questions aries in the mind of tourists about homestays of Jayanti,Buxa tiger reserve,Buxa jungle safari,choto Mahakal,Buxa fort trekking etc.This video is a 3 night 4 day plan of Buxa Jayanti tour.

How to reach Buxa Jayanti - The nearest rail station of Buxa and Jayanti is New Alipurduar station and Alipurduar Junction station.After reaching any of these stations one has to take a share cab or full cab to Jayanti which is about 30 kilometres from Alipurduar.At the entry point of Rajabhatkhawa the tourists have to pay forest entry charge.

Day 1- After arriving at New Alipurduar station or Alipurduar junction tourists have to stay at any homestay of Jayanti.There are many homestays like Altapori, Mohonchura, Nilkantha, Banante, Jayanti river view etc.There are also two Govt accommodations like Jayanti PWD inspection Bungalow and Jayanti PHE Bungalow.After reaching to any Homestay or Bungalow it is time of leisure and lunch.After that Visit Chuniya Watch Tower,Bhutiya Basti in the second half.

Day 2- In the morning session after taking breakfast visit Rajabhatkhawa museum.It is a worth visit place for the tourists.
After lunch visit Pukri lake.A sacred lake in dense jungle.To reach Pukri lake one have to trake few kilometres.The view of Jayanti river valley from here is breathtaking.

Day 3- Enjoy the Sunrise from Jayanti river and after breakfast visit Buxa Fort in a short trek through the hills and forest of Buxa.In between Jayanti and Buxa Fort there are many well known places like Santalabari,28 Basti.
After lunch days another journey to Choto Mahakal located in the Bhutan hill through the Jayanti river Bed.It is a rarest experience to go through a river bed with many Elephant corridors like Hati Nala.It is also a short trek.A waterfall is also located there.
