To get a guy who's shy, you have to learn how to flirt aggressively in a passive way. So these tactics are best used to hide your true intention while turning him on to make him chase.

The first tactic is Selective Surrendering. Act as though you completely are falling for him. Get interested in the things he likes, in the things he enjoys to do. Begin to talk like him and heck, even see the world as he does. This will make him see himself in you.

The second tactic is the Power of Insinuation. Insinuate that you are attracted to guys who are extrovert or guys who take action or are assertive. You can do this by saying good things about guys who are the opposite of him. He's going to react to it by feeling insecure. It's crazy but it works.

The third tactic is giving him space. Make him feel like he's got you and then right at the moment that he feels like he can never lose you back off and give him space. You're surrendering to him, not in a reactive manner, but strategically so that he can let his guard down. AS soon as his guard is down you can then attack and give him space.

The fourth tactic is telling him that you’re shy and to hit you up. Shy guys don't hit girls back because they are afraid of rejection. They are afraid to call you back because of shyness.

If he wants to message you just make sure to say “text me back!” and be the woman he wants to be.

You can use jealousy but make sure he knows you’re for him and once he feels that, jealousy will make him feel good. It’s the fact that you see the losers that make you feel better.
