This thrown weapon is located at the Mulholland Intersection, on the steps of the building west of the car park and north of the ZIP store in Downtown Los Santos.

FACT: There’s a glitch where throwing Tear Gas into a crowd lets the player perform a stealth kill on anyone, causing all affected NPCs to die at once, but if done inside the gas cloud, CJ may also die from the same animation.
