Absa Marathon Lusaka 2025 Recap 🇿🇲 | First Full Marathon (42.2KM)

My first ever full marathon is in the books! 🏅 I traveled to Lusaka, Zambia for the Absa Marathon 2025, and crossed the finish line in 4 hours 28 minutes.

This vlog takes you from bib collection, pre-race jitters, that early 5am start, pacing with a friend, to the final push across the finish line. Along the way, I got to see different sides of Lusaka and experience the amazing running community here.

Big shoutout to my family for the support, my friend who paced me the whole way, and to Sipho Marima — an inspirational running figure I got to meet during the weekend 🙌.
