We have prepared something quite special for this Sunday evening. In the summer of 1972 British prog-rock legends Jethro Tull went to Château d'Hérouville, a residential studio near Paris to record a follow to their highly successful conceptual album "Thick as Brick". The new record was planed as a double album, the whole process was initially aborted due to production issues and personal dissatisfaction, earning the nickname "Chateau D'Isaster" from the band. Later some of the songs ended up in a slightly different form on their 1973 album "A Passion Play". Now we present a rare footage of the band preparing for the photo session at the Château during the recordings.
Band:
Ian Anderson: Vocals / Flute
Martin Barre: Guitar
John Evan: Keyboards
Jeffrey Hammond: Bass
Barriemore Barlow: Drums
