Our RoboTier Hybrid Robotic Palletizer loads packages into a predetermined space. Once each package is loaded, the pallet moving robot condenses product and places them directly onto a pallet. The process repeats until the desired number of layers has been reached.
The pallet assembly robot automatically moves the completed pallet and loads a new pallet under the loading area. Options include concurrent stretch wrapping, automated pallet and load handling.

Another option our palletizing robot can accommodate is multiple infeed and load, where two different product packages can be loaded onto pallets simultaneously. With this option, the pallet assembly robot loads one package onto one pallet and then alternates to lift and load the other package onto a different pallet.
