The Seeding the Green Future (SGF) project www.sgf-cotton.org focuses on participatory breeding for non-GM seeds suitable for organic cotton production. A series of 11 (eleven) process-explainer videos are developed under this project highlighting different aspects of cotton cultivation under organic conditions.
In this video, you will see step by step process for testing Bt contamination in non-GM cotton seeds, using Bt strips. You will also learn the procedure to determine the germination potential of the seeds before sowing.
