I Tried to Peak Athletically in 30 Days - Here's What Happened

At what age do we peak for various aspects of athleticism? What does that decline look like?
I graphed this by age for the various track and field events, as well as powerlifting. I couldn't find any spot that had done it before, so I had to pull from various sources.
For running events, after 35 I used various Masters WR, before this, I took all the fastest times and sorted them by age until we had a various peaks by age. For powerlifting, I relied on the "Powerlifting Records" website.
Challenge
30 days to peak in four events:
1. Bench (Lifetime PRs listed here, 235 lb)
2. 100m Dash (12.12)
3. Mile (5:58)
4. Vertical Jump (34")
I turned it over to Ai to make my workout and diet plan - each week I had 15 minutes to make my plan for the week, and adjust.
