Air fried Paneer Potli ( pouch)

Paneer Potli is a deep-fried snack/appetizer that pairs best with tangy, spicy, and sweet chutney and piping hot tea or simple tomato catchup. It is generally deep-fried, but I wanted to try making an air Fryer healthy version. And you know how I love my air fryer and air fried food. And it comes out so perfect without deep frying! Here, Potli means Packet or Purse / Money Bags.

I made hot and sweet stuffing with colored bell peppers and paneer , but you can make any kinds of stuffing like samosa stuffing, aaloo masala stuffing, chicken tikka stuffing... it’s up to your choice.
